Gravity Tables

Privacy

A short, honest privacy page.

What Gravity Tables collects from your site

Nothing that leaves your WordPress installation. The plugin reads from your existing Gravity Forms entries, renders tables, and writes edits back. All of that happens inside your own database. We never receive copies of your form data, your customer information, or your edits.

There are no analytics pings, no opt-out telemetry, no "anonymous usage statistics". The plugin does not phone home.

What we collect when you visit this website

This site (wpgravitytables.com) is statically generated and served from a plain Nginx host. We do not run analytics on it. The hosting access logs capture standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp, requested path) for security and uptime purposes; these logs are rotated and deleted after 14 days.

We use no cookies on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no embedded chat widget, no advertising network.

What Freemius collects when you buy or trial

Pro and Agency licences are sold and managed through Freemius. When you start a trial or buy a licence, Freemius collects your email address, billing details, and a domain identifier for licence enforcement. Freemius is GDPR-compliant and is contractually bound to use that data only for the licensing relationship.

We do not receive copies of your billing details. We see customer email addresses for support correspondence and the domain identifier for licence troubleshooting.

What we do with email you send us

Support email arrives at info@fahdmurtaza.com and stays in our inbox. We use it to reply to you and to identify recurring issues that should become FAQ entries or release fixes. We do not enrol you in marketing automation, do not share your email with third parties, and do not retain support threads beyond what's needed to resolve them.

Newsletter subscribers are managed through Buttondown. Unsubscribing is one click in any email. Opting out removes your address from our list within 24 hours.

Cookies (lack thereof)

This site sets no cookies. Your browser may set its own cookies for the WordPress.org login or Freemius checkout pages we link to, but those are entirely outside our control and governed by their respective privacy policies.

Your rights

GDPR / CCPA / similar regimes: you have the right to ask what we have on you, request correction, request deletion, and object to processing. Most of the time the honest answer is "nothing beyond what Freemius and Buttondown have for billing and email". Email info@fahdmurtaza.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll reply inside three business days.

Changes

When this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top of this page and announce it in the next release post. We don't expect to change it often, the privacy posture above (don't collect what you don't need) is the design constraint, not a phase.
